At Oliver Jack Developments, we are actively seeking land and development opportunities of all types. Whether you have a small garden plot, an agricultural barn, or a larger site, we are interested in discussing its potential.

We specialise in unlocking value, even in complex situations requiring third-party agreements or strategic planning solutions.

We Consider Sites That:

 

1) Range from 0.1 acres to 5+ acres
2) Can accommodate between 1 and 10 residential units
3) Include garden land, brownfield, green belt, or agricultural barns
4) May require third-party discussions or collaboration with neighbouring landowners

Stage One

We complete a desktop assessment to review the development potential of the site.​

Stage Two

A detailed planning assessment is carried out and a proposal is produced and sent to the landowner. This may include multiple strategies.

Stage Three

Depending on the strategy chosen, the site will either be promoted or a planning application is prepared and submitted.

Stage Four

​​

Your land is purchased, and we begin development.​
